Clothoff AI ("Clothoff", "we", "us", or "our") is an independent review and information website that publishes articles, ratings, and comparisons of third-party AI image-editing tools. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of our website to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement involving content published on our website that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.
Scope of This Policy
This policy applies only to text, images, graphics, and other material published directly on our website. Because Clothoff AI does not host, operate, or store any user-generated images and does not provide any AI image-editing functionality, we cannot remove or address content produced by third-party tools we review. If your complaint concerns an image or output created by a third-party tool, please contact that tool's provider directly. It also does not cover complaints about non-consensual imagery of real individuals or content involving minors — for those matters, please contact us at support@clothoff.ai so we can direct your report appropriately.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that material published on our website infringes a copyright you own or control, you (or your authorized representative) may submit a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes: a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the exact URL(s) on our site; your name and email address; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. Notices that do not include all of the above may not receive a response.
Designated Copyright Agent
Please send DMCA notices to our Designated Copyright Agent electronically at dmca@clothoff.ai with "DMCA Notice" in the subject line. As Clothoff AI operates exclusively online, all copyright notices are handled through this designated email channel rather than a physical mailing address.
Our Response Process
Upon receipt of a compliant notice concerning content published on our website, we will remove or disable access to the identified material, typically within one to three business days, notify the contributor who submitted the material where applicable, and provide that contributor an opportunity to submit a counter-notification as described below.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material you submitted to our website was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@clothoff.ai containing: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material removed and its location before removal; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your name, email address, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable judicial forum and accepting service of process from the party who filed the original notice. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the material within ten to fourteen business days, unless the original complaining party files a court action seeking a restraining order.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, access for contributors who are determined to be repeat infringers of the intellectual property rights of others.
False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages. Do not submit false or bad-faith claims.
Trademark Complaints
Trademark complaints, as distinct from copyright complaints, should also be sent to dmca@clothoff.ai with "Trademark Complaint" in the subject line, along with a description of the mark, registration details if any, and the allegedly infringing use.
