## What does «Summary» govern?

What you can report: an intimate image or video of an identifiable person published without consent, including AI-generated or AI-altered “digital forgeries”. How: the form below or an email to ncii@clothoff.co.uk , in English or Spanish. Do not attach the image; a link is enough. Timeline: acknowledgment with a case number as soon as the report is read; removal of any

material on this website, including known identical copies, on a valid request. Publisher role: This website hosts no user uploads and processes no images. If the material sits on a third-party service, we send you that provider’s documented removal route and, on request, forward your report. Minors: anything involving a person under 18 belongs with the the Internet Watch

Foundation, not with us. Escalation: no decision yet? Reply to the acknowledgment with the subject “ESCALATION” and your case number.

## What does «1. What UK law requires» govern?

Section 66B of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 , in force since 31 January 2024, makes it an offence to share an intimate photograph or film of another person without consent, and the wording reaches synthetic material because it covers an image that appears to show them. We run a plain-language notice-and-removal process and remove a reported non-consensual intimate depiction,

together with known identical copies, as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after a valid request. Under section 66B of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 knowingly sharing a non-consensual intimate image of an adult carries up to 2 years in prison, and up to 2 years where the person depicted is a minor. Digital forgeries — images created or altered with software or AI so

that a reasonable person would find them indistinguishable from an authentic depiction — are covered.

## What does «2. What you can report here» govern?

An intimate image or video of you — or of a person you represent with written authorization — that appears anywhere on this website without consent. A sample image or screenshot in one of our reviews that you believe depicts a real, identifiable person rather than a synthetic model. Our AI content policy allows synthetic previews only; a credible claim that a real person is
