## What does «Summary» govern?

Every score on this site carries one consent rule: undress tools may be used only on your own photos or on photos of consenting adults aged 18 or older. Clothoff UK is a review catalogue. It does not operate a generator, accept uploads, process images, or store images; every test runs on the reviewed provider's own service with editorial control photos. Publishing an intimate

image of a real person without consent is an offence under section 66B of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, and creating one is a separate offence under section 66E since 6 February 2026; both cover digitally created or altered images. A reviewed tool must publish a consent rule, a working removal route, and a retention limit; the results feed the privacy criterion, which carries

30 of 100 points in how we rate . Tools that market impersonation of identifiable people, ignore removal requests, or lack an age gate are refused a review and listed in the transparency report . Anyone depicted in a non-consensual image can use the NCII report form (48-hour response target) and the external hash-matching services listed in section 5. All synthetic sample

images on this site are labelled under the AI Content Policy , which follows the transparency duties of EU AI Act Article 50.

## What does «1. The consent rule behind every rating» govern?

The notice is not decoration. It defines the only use case we evaluate, and it is the reason our test protocol uses editorial control photos of adult team members and synthetic base
